A top-loading, zippered compartment reveals a padded 15.5" laptop pocket and a main compartment with organizer pockets. The large front file pocket has a snap button closure and the adjustable seatbelt material side straps keep this bag's profile nice and slim and double as side grab handles. When using as a backpack, keep the tote carry handles conveniently together with the button snap closure located right on the handle. Complies with Prop 65. 12 3/8" W x 16 1/4" H x 4" D
