Shipping Destinations

We exclusively ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, international destinations, or P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs & Calculations

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout using a direct UPS API integration. Shipping costs vary based on:

The specific items ordered.

The total quantity of the order.

The distance between our shipping facility and your delivery address.

All shipping charges are fully transparent and shown at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Because our promotional products are custom-imprinted, handling and production times vary by product.

Standard Handling Time: Most items require 2 to 20 business days to manufacture, imprint, and pack.

Extended Handling Time: Certain complex or high-volume items may take longer.

The specific production time will be indicated during your ordering process or mockup approval stage.

Transit Time

We utilize manufacturing facilities located all across the United States to fulfill orders efficiently. Your exact transit time depends heavily on which specific plant produces your item and how far that plant is from your delivery address.

Typical Transit Time: Once handed off to the carrier, delivery generally takes 1 to 5

business days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves one of our production facilities, a tracking number will be generated and automatically sent to you via email so you can monitor your delivery.
